One day, Peter, Quagmire. Cleveland and Joe decide to go for a fishing trip. While they are fishing in the boat, a storm arises from nowhere and the boat start to sink. However, they manage to cling on to Quagmire’s sex dolls and land on a desert island. After a few months, a cruise boat rescues them. When Peter return home, he is shock to find that Lois has married Brian. Lois is thrilled with excitement when he sees Peter safely return. However, she is confused as how to manage his commitment for Peter and Brian. Brian decides that Lois should reunite with Peter because he understand what she is going through inside.
