Sasuke mages to push Rain Genin back before a gust of moving air splits Naruto from the rest. Before he could get his bearing, a giant snake swallowed him whole. At the same time a Grass Ninja demobilizes the other two. He did this by projecting thought and images of their own death into their minds, the fear demobilized them. But quickly shaking this away, Sasuke takes flight taking Sakura along. They are hotly pursued by the ninjas but Naruto comes in time to save the day, having destroyed the snake.
