Sasuke was eventually defeated after giving a better account of his fighting skills. As for Sakura, Kakashi made short work of her with a Genjutsu move as she attempted to impress Sasuke. Kakashi later caught Naruto while he was attempting to sneak in lunch to the other two. He then gave them a lecture on how they must work as a team before warning the other two not to give any food to Naruto. Sasuke however felt that they should disobey him on this.
