Obito locates Rin who is approached by the Stone Ninja. Young Kakashi comes forth who loses left eye while attempting to protect Obito. In order to protect Kakashi, Obito awakens his Sharingan finally. The cave they are located inside falls in crushing Obito’s right part after they save Rin. Obito states that he will give his own left Sharingan eye for Kakashi and states that he must not allow Rin to be harmed. Before losing consciousness Kakashi is then able to stop Rin from being hurt by an enemy ninja.
