Naruto is made to suffer by the visions by Itachi. He is released from the visions by Chiyo and Sakura. Kakashi distracts and immobilizes Itachi, which helps Naruto to use his ball Rasengan to directly hit Itachi. As Kisame is defeated, Guy rescues Neji, Rock Lee and Tenten. But to their surprise, Team Kakashi and Team Guy find out that the teams which they have just defeated are not the original Itachi and Kisame teams but are the replica teams that Akatsuki used to stall the Konoha teams.
