Deidara, who is now prepare with the C3 level clay bombs, has made the attack on the village with a vengeance to capture Gaara. Gaara, who was ready with his sand covered protection over the village, was able to deflect the complete explosion. But, Gaara was surprised over the sudden attack on him by Deidara as he unintentionally uses one of the clay bombs which were part of the sand, which he used to defend himself. With a chance to kill Gaara, Deidara explodes the clay bomb, which knocks down Gaara which made him unconscious.
